Supply Chain Manager

About the Company

Tab Polymer Asia Manufacturing & Trading Co., a subsidiary of Tab Plastic Holding, is a leading manufacturer and distributor of polymer products in the FMCG sector. Our portfolio includes UMOMY (Mother & Baby products), KLEEZ (Household & Kitchenware), and other consumer goods. As part of our continuous growth and talent development strategy, we are seeking an experienced, results-driven Supply Chain Manager to join our team.

Job Description

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and optimize costs.
- Manage procurement, sourcing, production planning, warehousing, inventory, and logistics operations.
- Plan and control raw material and finished goods inventory.
- Evaluate supplier performance and develop strategic supplier relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Sales, Finance, and Commercial teams to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team.
- Oversee ERP (Rahkaran) system utilization and drive continuous process improvement.

*Travel to the Shahroud manufacturing site 2–3 days per month.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing companies, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, production planning, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics.
- Proficiency in Rahkaran ERP (Hamkaran System) and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, reporting, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
