- Control the product value chain and coordinate needed improvement projects.
- Develop marketing (product and brand) programs and new methods of market penetration based on research and provide relevant reports.
- Monitoring sales trends, production problems, and coordinating between different teams of the organization.
- Preparing a marketing plan for products and launch plan for new product launch.
- Researching and analyzing a variety of market information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications and demographic data.
- Competitor and customer insights analysis.
- Coordinating with Trade Marketing and Sales teams in order to develop market share of products, recognizing problems and planning to define projects to solve them.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales of products and regions
- Constant market visits across country is necessary
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
- Develop POSM (point of sales materials), outlet activation programs and events & sponsorships activities
Requirements
- More than 3 years of brand/product management
- Education Master/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Mass Communication, Economics
- Analytical capabilities and solid understanding of pricing, packaging and product requirements
- Understanding the management of brands, portfolios and distribution systems
- Ability to make tight deadlines
