• negotiating with customers and explaining tour packages on phone
• attracting customers in different ways (SMS marketing, Email marketing …)
• Signing contract with customers
• planning tour packages
• Negotiating with various companies in order to provide tours for their personnel or for their colleagues
• Presence at work at 8:30 till 17:00 (Saturdays-Wednesdays) and 8:30 till 13:00 (Thursdays)
Requirements
• To have a good public relations
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 4 years related work experience
• Good knowledge in classifying documents and official correspondence
• Good knowledge in negotiation
• Good knowledge in marketing and market research
• Systematic thought and analyzing ability
• Creative, reliable, team work skills, motivated & energetic
• Good command of computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Office)
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
