Job Description

● Analyze the marketing and sales current process in essential KPIs. ● Evaluate the effectiveness of all tools (Catalogues, Linkedin, Website, Customer Club, CRM, Events, Exhibition, Newsletter, etc). ● Evaluate marketing plans and strategy. ● Evaluate Taklad Group's share of the market in Iran and run new models and plans to develop market share in Iran. ● Analyze and research new markets and run all plans and tools to achieve new market share in Iran and out of Iran. ● Analyze competitors in all important KPIs. ● Evaluate and run the exhibitions/events related to the marketing's goals. ● Follow up on all the company's offline advertising issues. ● Follow up on the logistic issues related to the marketing activities. ● Provide regular reports of activities and provide appropriate solutions. ● Edite guidelines and instructions. ● Provide and edit digital catalogue. ● Provide and edit hard copy catalogue and brochure. ● Provide content and analysis of customer club data to design and run new campaigns to achieve marketing and branding goals. ● Identify new digital marketing channels and tools to achieve marketing and branding goals and targets. ● Provide content on the website, Instagram, Linkedin, newsletter, and blog. ● Design gamification in order to digital marketing targets.

Requirements

● Familiarity with the smart building and fire alarm and suppression industry and have some experience in this field. ● Responsible, persistent, and having good public relations and strong communication skills. ● Upper intermediate in English. ● At least 3 years of experience.
