
Job Description
Objective: Manages the offer to encourage growth of market share and compatibility with needs. Provides the elements required to support the offer and builds the relevant action plans. Guarantees profitability of the offer (price, mix, etc...). Manages or supports the launch of new offers over time, guaranteeing achievement of goals. Main responsibilities: - Understand and share offer strategy - Master offer knowledge and offer environment - Drive offer strategy execution - Challenge the existing and drive a new approach for the development of new business. - Knowledge in LV or Automation product - Price strategy and price setting - Data analysis and deep dives - Pricing governance & monitoring - Leading the marketing data reports - ensuring and leading the commercial reference creation & master data consolidation
Requirements
- University qualifications: BSc. in Electrical Engineer - Previous experience: Min.3-4 years - Critical thinking and problem solving skills - Planning and organizing - Decision-making - Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality results. - Communication skills - Influencing and leading - Negotiation skills - Attention to details - Conflict management & Stress tolerance - Adaptability Reporting to: Business Director
