Job Description
Proactive management / Administrative support : • To provide assistance & administrative support to the Country Manager and establishment in day to day office activities. • Represent the Manager's office in a professional, efficient manner to external/internal contacts ( visitors, calls, correspondence) . • Apply good judgement and bring issues requiring immediate action to the management. • Handle and maintain all communications/reports/lists/data with emphasis on easy/timely availability and confidentiality . • Contacts to suppliers as well as monitoring of the quality and quantity of services/goods provided. • Process all interline ticket requests, duty travel, visas and hotel arrangements for all divisions and ensure follow up. • Organize meetings and prepare the meeting room . Marketing coordinator activities : • To organize and execute all marketing related activities in line with the guidelines of regional office and Key Results Areas • Develop a marketing plan • Organize events • Inform the sales dept on market developments (events, exhibitions, competition) and come with creative ideas on how to encounter the competition • To visit travel agencies, together with sales team, on a regular basis • Sell & Win activities • Budget follow-up • Develop flyers & communication to the market
Requirements
Education: University Degree / Diploma in Secretarial Practice preferred Experience: 1-2 years secretarial experience in a service industry IT: Preferred MS Office proficient, knowledge of Internet, e-mail and office applications Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English / Knowledge of French is an advantage Knowledge: Experience in airline industry / Broad knowledge of Air France - KLM procedures in Marketing / Sales / Operations Competencies : Excellence, initiative, Innovation, communication (written and oral), teamwork, building relationships, planning & organizing.
