- Conduct surveys and collect data, using modern and traditional methods
- Monitor and evaluate survey progress and performance
- Prepare and present summaries and analysis of survey data
- Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the marketing team in any related projects
Requirements
- Good English knowledge
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Proven market research analysis experience
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office
- Familiar with Analytics software
- Working knowledge of data warehousing, modeling and mining
- Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers' preferences
- Good negotiation and presentation skill
