Job Description

Management Accountant helps the leadership team make better decisions by preparing and providing monthly financial reports and analysis. The analysis involves the financial performance of Sotoon and its subsidiaries. Responsibilities: ● Preparing interactive and useful financial. ● Supporting different teams with preparing or troubleshooting theirs. ● Creating a standard reporting process to ensure compliance and consistency of financial reports coming from different sub-teams. ● Simplifying the reporting process in order to make it easy to learn and transfer. ● Interacting constantly with other members of the finance department in order to improve the accuracy of financial reports. ● Proposing efficient and suitable coding for financial systems.

Requirements

● At least two years of experience in management reporting or related fields. ● Interested in numbers, math, business, and processes, along with accounting skills. ● Proficient with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other common reporting software. ● Familiar with the financial, property, and payroll system. ● A keen eye for details. ● Deadline-oriented and able to stick to time constraints. ● Ability to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized and concise manner. ● Ability to work independently and propose solutions to unexpected problems. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities. ● Negotiation skills and ability to develop strong working relationships. ● Getting along well with others and being proactive and interactive.
