International Logistics & Freight Specialist
We are an international holding company active in the automotive industry, including tires and wheels,. We are expanding our export business from China to international markets and are looking for a highly experienced International Logistics & Freight Specialist to join its Foreign Procurement and Supply Chain team.
Key Requirements:
• Proven, verifiable, and traceable work experience with reputable international freight forwarding companies, carriers, NVOCCs, or shipping lines
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and managing high-volume monthly container shipments from China to multiple international destinations worldwide, including Iran
• Strong practical knowledge of Sea Freight, Road Freight, Rail Freight, Multimodal Transportation, FCL shipments, and international Booking operations
• Strong understanding of key shipping concepts including ETD, ETA, Transit Time, Free Time, Demurrage, Detention, Storage, Cut off, and Transshipment
• Practical knowledge of major shipping documents, Freight Quotations, Total Logistics Cost, Incoterms 2020, routes, carriers, ports, and alternative transportation solutions
• Ability to negotiate freight rates, compare logistics options, and evaluate Cost, Transit Time, Capacity, and Risk
• Excellent command of English is essential, with strong ability in professional correspondence, negotiation, communication, and shipping/logistics terminology
• Practical experience with routes from China to Iran, CIS countries, the Middle East, and other international markets
• Strong negotiation, problem solving, followup, and multishipment management skills
• Good command of Excel, analytical reporting, and AI tools
