- Research and identify products and suppliers, expanding database of manufacturers and suppliers
- Develop strong relationships; negotiate all costs with current and new suppliers
- Deal with suppliers on the item’s prices of contracts with good bargaining power to provide best competitive price and quality
- Following up all orders with manufacturers and make sure all QC requirements are provided
- Preparing forms and reports related to the procurement progress in CRM
- Preparing reports for commercial manager
- Efforts to achieve the purchasing policies, procedures and goals
- Keep updating the list of suppliers, Identify potential suppliers, visit existing suppliers
- Checking and following payments and invoices related to the procurement progress
Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:00 to 17:00.

- University Qualifications: Technical Bachelor, Bachelor of Commerce
- Previous experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience, of which 2 years in the field of oil and gas
- Specialist knowledge: Familiarity with Office software, preferably Excel and Word
- Able to work effectively on tight timetables, fast, accurate and the willingness to put in extra hours, when needed, negotiation and bargaining, communication skills
