Job Description

Your mission in Zarrin Roya is to do things related to accounts payable in order to make correct and timely payments, process all unpaid invoices, and achieve the organization's financial goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Matching invoices with purchase orders.
  • Issuing requests for payments to relevant contractors.
  • Preparing a weekly report of open orders to inform the relevant manager.
  • Validating and ensuring the correctness of accounts payable.
  • Controlling and preparing monthly, quarterly or annual discrepancy statements with contractors.
  • Following up on purchase invoices and preparation of discrepancies based on the needs of the financial unit and organization.
  • Reviewing all invoices with relevant queries according to internal circulars and regulations.
  • Registering all documents and invoices for the purchase of raw materials, consumables, and parts and checking the invoices for correctness and appropriate approval.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in local purchase accounting and related fields.
  • Strong in accounting principles and software.
  • Proficiency in reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability in SAP-ERP.
  • Accountability.
  • Results-driven.
