Job Description

Contract Management and Administration:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, customer contracts, employment agreements, and partnership agreements.
  • Ensure that all contracts align with legal standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Provide legal advice and support to various departments on contractual matters.
  • Develop and implement processes for efficient contract administration, including contract tracking, renewal, and compliance monitoring.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, regulatory bodies, and other relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their legal needs and provide strategic legal advice to support their objectives.
  • Effectively communicate legal requirements and considerations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Legal Compliance:

  • Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure the company's legal compliance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure adherence to legal requirements.

Dispute Resolution:

  • Manage and resolve legal disputes, working closely with external counsel when necessary.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent legal disputes and minimize the company's exposure to legal risks.
  • Work closely with relevant departments to ensure that contractual obligations are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Law school.
  • 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on contracts and stakeholder management (having a tourism background is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law, business law, and relevant regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and at various organizational levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical conduct.
