Job description:
● Prepare legal correspondence and documents.
● Draft the agreements and MOMs or commenting on the draft of agreements provided by suppliers.
● Prepare necessary documents for company registration bureau, notary offices, chamber of commerce and etc.
● Supervise the contract committee.
● Regular checking of the rules and regulations related to the business in order to make or update the reports.
● Formalization of internal legal processes.
● General assemblies and board meetings coordination.
● Draft MOMs of the boards and general assemblies.
● Liaise with Iranian board members and shareholders offices for MOMs signatures.
● Archive agreements, MOMs and all other legal documents.

● Holding Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law.
● Fluent in English (French is a plus).
● Good in computer operation and MS-Office software.
● Having at least 2 to 3 years of related experience.
● Flexible.
● Reliable.
● Ability to follow-up the tasks.
● Good understanding of deadlines.
● Ability to work well within a team.
● Ability to work under pressure.
