Familiar with the capital market
A deep and fundamental understanding of the fundamentals of law and an interest in business, economic and financial law;
Dominance of public and private law, obligations, contracts and civil law contracts;
Dominance of business law
Problem-solving skills and the power of legal analysis of various aspects of a given case;
