Job Description

  • Reviewing, commenting, and drafting different types of contracts in English and Persian.
  • Assisting the legal department in a variety of legal issues including inter alia, drafting memos, drafting documents, letter writings, etc.
  • Providing legal advice and counsel on various types of legal inquiries containing legal risks and consequences for the company.
  • Providing required monthly and quarterly reports of the department's activities.
  • Organizing, maintaining, and updating contracts database and archive, utilizing electronic tools as directed for such goal.
  • Supporting legal and compliance project coordination.
  • Assisting with all required legal communications and internal and external interactions.
  • Preparing training materials on legal issues for the company’s staff.
  • Keeping up with current changes in all relevant areas of laws and ensuring compliance with internal controls, statutory regulations, and other formalities.
  • Preparing and filing compliance monthly and quarterly reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the legal department of companies and specifically experience in contract review.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English in both general and legal contexts.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines, time management skills, and attention to details.
  • Ability to work in a team at various levels of seniority.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
