Job Description

● Responding to all judicial and police inquiries. ● Conducting legal research and studies, especially civil rights, business, labor, and social security, reviewing the approved laws and disturbing laws for the industrial activities of related organizations, and presenting the environmental and legal analysis to the senior management. ● Providing legal advice to experts and managers and responding to the inquiries of the internal units of the organization in the company's operational area. ● Carrying out all the necessary measures to use the services of official judicial experts. ● Carrying out and following up on all matters related to the companies registration office, the organization of document and real estate registration, and matters related to official documents through official document offices. ● Interacting and responding to regulatory organizations such as parliamentary investigation and investigation teams, the country's inspection organization, the ministry, etc. ● Participating in the committees and commissions defined according to the relevant regulations. ● Preparing and presenting the necessary reports for the management of the company and superiors. ● Providing legal advice and support in the field of international communication and dealings between the company (its units) and foreign allies and business partners. ● Supporting and carrying out the legal affairs of the company in matters of company registration. ● Supporting and carrying out the legal affairs of the company in the matter of intellectual property, including the registration of designs and patterns, etc. ● Carrying out legal affairs and monitoring the implementation of contracts based on the specific terms and conditions of each contract during payments, settlement of accounts, renewal, termination, etc. of contracts in cooperation with related organizational units. ● Carrying out matters related to contract termination and following up the case of terminated contracts and collecting claims through peaceful means. ● Preparing and updating the legal information bank and shareholders and partners of legal entities of the contract parties. ● Preparing and organizing and reviewing the text of various type, miscellaneous and special contracts. ● Participating in other committees and commissions defined according to the relevant regulations. ● Preparing and presenting necessary reports for management.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Law. ● Interested in learning and personal excellence. ● Skills in writing and reporting. ● Ability to make quick and correct decisions. ● Ability to analyze properly. ● Ability to communicate well and pay attention to details. ● Speaking and writing skills and the ability to persuade others.
