-Drafting, Reviewing, and commenting on different types of contracts in English and Persian
-Consulting on legal and compliance matters to ensure adherence to company policies as well as Iranian laws and regulations
-Providing reports on laws and regulations and assisting the legal manager of the company on a wide range of legal issues
-Investigating the company's challenges, weaknesses, and strengths on legal subjects
Requirements
-At least Bachelor’s degree in Law
-At least 2 years of relevant work experience
-Language: English fluency
-Having license to practice law is a special advantage
-Fluent in reviewing domestic and international contractual laws
-Familiarity with tenders
-Familiarity with registration matters
-Done or permanent exemption for male candidates
-Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35 years old
