Main Responsibilities: - Negotiation with Client / Vendors/ Subcontractors regarding EPC Contractual terms in oil and gas field - Preparing Local / Foreign Contracts - Managing claims Reporting to: General Manager Subordinates: Contract Engineer Number Required: 1 Duration: Permanent Position Desired Start Date: Immediately Probation: 3 months

University Qualifications: Master Degree Previous Experience: 5 years managerial experience in oil and gas field Special Knowledge: Local and foreign legal / contractual Terms and Conditions Other Skills: Good Negotiation skills, Team Work Language Skills: Fluency in English
