Job Description

The legal administrative assistant at Sotoon plays an important role in the success of legal goals and plans. The person who serves in this position is recognized as a key member of their group, department, or organizational team. In this versatile and highly visible role, you will need to demonstrate broad administrative and excellent communication skills and be able to multitask as you serve as a focal point of a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: ● Provide administrative assistance to ensure the efficient operation of the team. ● Support team and other departments through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication from the time of a request of a contract to get signatures of representative of the company; Receive, sort, and distribute related contracts. ● Provide information by answering questions and requests about legal procedures to other departments. ● Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.; Develop and maintain a filing system. ● Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance. ● Schedule meetings for inter and intra-functional meetings and book meeting rooms ● Assist in reporting on legal matters.

Requirements

● Ability to effectively communicate and interact with different members of all departments. ● Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask; Sense of urgency and prioritize work. ● Stress management skills. ● Problem-solving skills. ● Familiarity with computer skills in Microsoft Office and using Google Suits is a must. ● Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork spirit, creative thinking, and proactive business style required. ● At least 1 year of prior experience as an administrative assistant.
