Job Description
Supervise the development of new product and updates of existing products (changing of raw material) for production , using innovative ideas and materials and test ideas on a lab scale, according to the priorities outlined available planning documents. • Perform laboratory experiments, measurements, and product characterizations and evaluate results. • Provide technical assistance and support to production, sales and marketing, as required in support of product scale- up, quality control, application testing and other cross-functional activities. • Maintains detailed technical records, as required, in the form of a laboratory notebook or computer databases. • Provides process reports, monthly and quarterly reports, technical plans, project summaries and other internal correspondence in a timely manner to ensure appropriate communication of project status and needs
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry, polymers, chemical engineering or another related Site is in Varamin , Charmshahr industrial zone . science from a reputable university a Master degree is preferred. • 3 years of experience in chemical laboratory, preferably in polymers, adhesives and sealant, most preferably in Epoxy adhesives, coatings and formulation. • Must have excellent English language, computer and time management skill. • Self-motivated and able to work in cross-functional teams • Ideal Age range: 25-35 Preferably , live near Varamin
