Job Description

Job description: ● Present and negotiate the activity plan to your customers. ● Prepare and supervise and coordinate the detailed implementation of the activities in your customer’s stores in Iran. ● Follow up the Sales on a day-to-day basis. ● Track any deviation to the plan and develop appropriate corrective measures. ● Report the listings, the actual in-store distribution, the sales and the costs by customer to the manager. ● Monitor the terms and conditions negotiated by our distributor with your customers, and ensure consistency with your activity plan. ● Build strong relationships with key buyers and store staff through permanent contacts and field visits. ● Contact new customers for listing purpose. ● Track and report competitors' activities. ● Attend trade fairs and customers' fairs or events. ● Strong relationship between the company and customers. ● Solve critical issues and complaints. ● Forecast market changes and suggesting essential improvements. ● Communication management between customers and internal teams. ● Strategic planning for sales results improvements. ● Work with clear job description and generating creative sales team. ● Coordination with Sales executive manager to maximize the profit. ● Analysis of food services information to improve the communication with customers. ● Expansion of relationship and attracting more customers.

Requirements

Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or relevant fields. Master's degree is preferred. ● 4 to 5 years previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience. ● Multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently. ● Goal-oriented, organized team player. ● Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead. ● Self-motivated and self-directed. ● Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and eager to expand company with new sales. ● Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person. ● Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
