Job Description

Miare is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key clients to ensure long-term business growth and success. As a Key Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our key clients and will work closely with them to understand their business needs and provide them with exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of the most important clients to ensure they are happy and cared for with the service.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and requests.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to KA’s in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key KA’s and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by KA’s and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress, performance, and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a key account manager.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with all organizational-level professionals.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • At least a Bachelor's in Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Robust follow-up approach and result oriented (AKA an agile doer).
  • Familiar with data interpretation and ability to prepare intermediate reports.
  • Ability to use Excel (or other spreadsheet platforms such as G-sheets).
