Job description:
● Identify and mapping key stakeholders in the assigned geography, in order to implement the marketing campaigns and projects (with help from DSMs).
● Regularly engaging with the pharmacies on a continuous and consistent basis to detail and promote the Abidi products, handle queries and objections.
● Adhere to the sales effectiveness KPIs of CPAs and others criteria.
● Meet the distributions regularly and ensure that they have adequate stocks.
● Understand the competitors’ strategies and identify competitors’ prescribers.
● Assist the DSMs in strategic segmentation of doctors for high value Cu/Pu and support in gently persuading to ensure the adequate sales ratio.
● Responsible for competitive intelligence, conduct prescription audits, compile, analyze and report market trends, pricing and activities by competitors on monthly basis.
● Identify and prioritize sales opportunities within existing and potential customers.
● Develop account-specific offers and business plans for key accounts, with both short- and long-term sales and profitability.
● Develops long-term relationships with key-decision makers at key accounts.
Requirements
Requirements:
● Educational background as DVM, or Master's degree in relevant therapeutic areas.
● At least 5 years' experience in sales and promoting medical products combined with strong product knowledge.
● Minimum 2 years on KAM position at a pharmaceutical company.
● Marketing and sales techniques knowledge.
● Proven leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, project management skills.
● Good understanding of pharmaceutical market and strategies.
● Proficiency in Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
● Fluent in English.
● Frequent travels within Iran.
● Gender preference: Male.
