Job Description

The company is seeking a self-motivated incoming and outgoing tour specialist to develop its existing foreign commercial section.

  • Searching and marketing all over the world to find potentials customers including to introduce the company’s products (inbound and outbound tours) to them via different marketing means including email and telephone marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, etc.
  • Negotiating with potential customers and converting them into active customers
  • Replying to new inquires received from inbound and outbound partners and customers and negotiation based on the company’s policies.
  • Consulting with the customers regarding tourism information and offering the best available route and services based on the company’s policy and the details of their inquiry.
  • Monitoring the competitors and providing sufficient information about the related market.
  • Liaising with professional exhibitions to offer to take part in them.
  • Negotiating with local hotels, transfer companies, airlines, and travel partners to price inquiries, tour pricing, and booking their services.
  • Planning tour packages based on the negotiation with the partners and the related information.
  • Registering the information of all customers on the company’s CRM.
  • Helping with passport and immigration issues.
  • Cooperating with the team to write proper content based on the SEO requirements to upload on the company’s web site.
  • Posting interesting posts, stories, and videos on the company’s social pages including.
  • Instagram regularly.
  • Planning and executing all "email marketing" campaigns.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
  • Ability to speak English fluently and to write it correctly.
  • Good command of English, Chinese, or Russian.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the tourism industry and related fields.
  • Knowledge of more than one language is an advantage.
  • Commercial negotiation skills with foreign partners.
  • Research skills and a high ability to search the web.
  • Familiarity with social media, SEO, and using keywords.
  • Familiarity with the tourism routes and attractions including cultural and natural.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
  • Creativity, and accuracy.
  • Well-organized attitude.
  • Time management skills.
