Job Description

Objective: Execute marketing and sales of the company products and solution, according to the directions prescribed Main responsibilities: 1- Attending one to one meetings with potential customers 2- Investigating the hazards led by air pollution depending on specific customer environment. 3- Increasing the customer awareness on the negative effects of being exposed to the pollution. 4- Proposing the best solutions based on customer expectations. 5- Directing sales operation until fulfillment 6- Feedback to the engineering team inside the company to enhance the products and solutions. - Monitoring and leadership of after sales department such as planning, managing & determination orders. - Set goals and deadlines for After Sales department. - Workshop management, ensure repair performance and efficiency, and Spare part planning. - Ensure accurate performance of Warranty and adequate training to keep knowledge in service network up to date. - Tracking of key performance indicators (repair speed, spare part availability); definition and implementation of corrective measures. - Conduct Service Marketing to increase customers’ loyalty to After Sales services. - Co-ordination of Field Service all over the country. - Provision of a range of after sales services for the individual dealership and oriented toward the target group. - Planning and checking of workshop equipment, fixtures and tools Reporting to: Marketing/Sales Manager Subordinates: None Other interactions: with Engineering Design Team Number required: 3 Duration: permanent position Desired start date: 01/09/95 Probation: 1 months Working hours: Sat-Wed 8:30-16:30, Thu 8:30-12:30 Travel requirements: frequently travelling to south-west regions, visiting construction projects in Tehran Gross monthly base salary: IRR 20,000,000 Commission / Bonus: up to IRR 10,000,000 depending on Performance Other Benefits: None
