Job Description

● Design and automate new workflows. ● Monitor and implement and operationalize workflows and post functions. ● Maintain and improve previous workflows. ● Install the app and configure the database. ● Improve the existing system and develop new features. ● Add plugins and new features to the system and customize related projects. ● API integration and setting with other tools, including Simfa, etc. ● Determine the scope of the admin workflow engineer in the project management tool system. ● Write and maintain Groovy Scripts. ● Manage existing services and SLAs and all concepts of the ITIL framework in the system.

Requirements

● Mastery of Jira administration. ● Mastery of service management concepts. ● Mastery of BI. ● Familiarity with software development processes (creating modules, installing plugins, etc.). ● Familiar with Scrum and Kanban frameworks. ● Teamwork spirit.
