Job Description: Jewelry salesperson promotes sales by assisting customers and offering suggestions. If you are interested in jewelry and willing to provide customer service, this could be the job for you! This job requires politeness, honesty and being enthusiastic. You will also need to care for your appearance to be at its best. List of Jewelry Salesperson duties: • Promote sales by assisting customers and offering suggestions. • Ability to communicate professionally in person and by phone. • Stock shelves, counters, and tables to attract attention. • Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers • Utilize product knowledge to promote sales. • To obtain orders from customers • Answer customer's questions concerning location, price, and use of their selected item. • Totals price on merchandise purchased by customer, using cash register, or calculator, to determine bill. • To wrap and pack for customers. • Responsible for ensuring store appearance is clean and presentable at all times. • Enter register transactions accurately. • Stay informed of store policies, procedures, and promotions.
Requirements
• At least Bachelor Degree • Knowledge of English • Prior retail sales experience and/or customer service experience, preferred. • Prior retail and/or selling experience in Jewelry preferred. • Exceptional customer service skills • Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to learn selling skills • Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires. • Willingness to approach customers & offer assistance
