• Create, design, implement and troubleshoot IT solutions based on Microsoft, Veritas, Symantec, VMWare & GFI products • Communicate and coordinate with customers to determine requirements • Design, Implement & Provide day to day management of one or more of the Following products: Microsoft Domain Services / Exchange / Lync / Skype /Remote Desktop Services Veritas System Recovery / Backup Exec / Netbackup Symantec Endpoint Protection / Mail Security / Messaging Gateway GFI Archiver / Mail Essentials / Lan Guard VMWare vSphere Benefits • Career Development (Training & Development courses) • Great work experience (Friendly & Flexible environment)
Requirements
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Interpersonal competences and presentation skills. • Highly organized and good manners. • Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and Networking concept is required. • Good knowledge of Microsoft solutions (Management – Communication – Collaboration) • Good knowledge of virtualization and cloud solutions. • Good knowledge of Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions. • Polite and problem solver. • Strong analytics and problem solving skills (interpersonal and teamwork skills). • Fluent in English (reading) • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus • Knowledge of Microsoft solution such as SharePoint, Exchange and SQL Server is a plus. • Knowledge of Veritas products such as Backup Exec, Netbackup is a plus. • Knowledge of Symantec products such as Endpoint protection, Mail Security is a plus. • Knowledge of Quantum/EMC products is a plus. • Certification in related fields is preferred.
