•Main Objective:
In the IT Support role, you would be responsible for the IT support of users, troubleshooting technical issues, training users, and supporting efforts to ensure compliance and security.
•Main Responsibilities:
-Provide IT support for software
-Ensure that all support calls are resolved and addresses in accordance with the SLA
-User administration
-Provide IT training to users
-Support network, server and telecommunications infrastructure
-Develop and refine operating procedures
-Assist with the implementation of corporate and regionally driven IT activities and projects
-Identify users’ needs and suggest solutions to management
Requirements
-IT related University Bachelor or Associate degree
-At least 2 years of experience in providing IT support to users and administering IT systems
-Familiar with C# and .NET stack including ASP.Net MVC and ASP.Net Web API
-Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
-Be customer focused & communicate clearly
-Have a quality mind-set & be adaptable to change
