- Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Assisting with configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server AD environment
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, network, printers and associated peripherals for staff throughout the business
- Provide help desk support and resolve IT problems to the end user’s satisfaction
- Accurate and complete documentation of processes
- Administration and maintenance of corporate domain and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor / Master degree in Computer science
- 3 years of related work experience
- A good understanding of IT support & services, policies and IT infrastructure technical support
- Skills in DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Active Directory
- experience of Microsoft applications & server infrastructure
- Excellent in basic concepts of network and infrastructure
- Experience with backup and monitoring solutions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications, including PC hardware and MS Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with English language
- Excellent documentation skills
- Self-motivated and performance driven to ensure deadlines are met
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- IT Certifications: MCSA, MCSE or MCITP, CCNA and Network plus
