•Main Objective:
Rayanmehr Company is seeking talented, experienced and independent problem solver help desk technician who is passionate about computer networks and motivated to resolve and improve Rayanmehr’s LAN network.
•Main Responsibilities:
-Configure and troubleshoot operating systems related issues on servers and PCs.
-Diagnose and repair broken PCs, replace Printer Cartridge and etc.
-Periodical Maintenance for all company’s systems and reporting.
-Create, edit User’s in Domain Controller and familiar with NTFS Permissions.
-DNS and DHCP maintenance
-Maintenance access Cisco switches like c2960 series and also familiar with MikroTik devices
-Register and maintenance IP phones in VoIP systems
-Submit weekly reports
Requirements
-2 years experienced of similar job responsibilities
-Deep understating of Microsoft Servers and Administrations (Having MCSE or MCITP certificates are considered a tribute)
-Deep understating of VoIP phone system (Issabel)
-Familiar with Cisco Switching and Routing. (Having CCNA certificate is considered a tribute)
-Familiar with MikroTik Equipment’s. (Having MTCNA certificate is considered a tribute)
-Familiar with Microsoft SharePoint
-Familiar with virtualization and VMware ESXi
-Familiar with Microsoft SharePoint structure
-Understanding of Linux Operating Systems
-Understanding of Enterprise Data Center Networking
