Job Description

•Main Objective: As a service desk you will be in the front line of our effort to tracking client’s problems and solving them in the least possible time. You have to accomplish all tasks that we assigned to you regarding our IT responsibilities with great initiative and with a very positive attitude. Also you will be responsible for following service desk ticketing software, planning continuous improvement for KPIs. •Main responsibilities: -Support applications and services the IT Department is offering -Follow up with customers and clients to ensure issue has been resolved -Respond to email messages for customers seeking help -Monitoring and reporting of systems up time (Including Network, Servers, Stations, Websites) -Follow up IT department contracts with other providers -Supporting Microsoft based networks and applications -Manage content for our websites -Work as a team and collaborate with other engineers in IT department -Reporting to: CTO -Desired start date: As soon as possible

Requirements

-Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field. -Minimum 3 years of experience in related field. -MSCE certificate -Familiar with Manage Engine products specially ServiceDesk -HTML, CSS, Drupal (advantage) -Good knowledge in web technologies -English (working knowledge) -Ideal Age Range: Maximum 30 -Gender Preference: Female
