● Develop and implement IT policy, procedures and best practice guides for the organization (100-150 personnel).
● Plan and Oversee and determine time frames for major IT projects including software development, system upgrades, migrations, and outages.
● Organize and Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
● Manage all the activities of the software development team and set goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery.
● Preserve assets & Evaluate the organization's technology use and needs and recommend hardware and software upgrades.
● Direct daily operations of the department and analyzing workflow.
● Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
● Develop and implement Risk Management and Preventive measures to avoid business disruption in an emergency (e.g. backup and recovery policies, security procedures and technical documentation).
● Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Management, Computer Hardware, Software or related fields.
● At least 10 years of experience as an IT manager in organizations of same size.
● Excellent knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, and data storage systems.
● Knowledge of infrastructure technologies and tools.
● Strong problem-solving skills.
