- Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
- Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
- Managing and supervising assigned operations to achieve goals within available resources.
- Manages all relationships and contracts with external partner support organizations to ensure support service levels, quality and cost are satisfactory.
- Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
- Ensure Company projects/Requests are implemented with the least risk and highest quality within the defined timeline.
Requirements
- At least Bachelor degree in IT/software engineering or any related major.
- At least five years of experience in related position.
- Having analytical mind and can work under pressure.
- Team spirit.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Good & friendly personality.
