-Understand Network concepts and types of networking events and IT infrastructure -Familiar with the basic concepts of operating systems -Investigate and identify IT events -Basic troubleshooting capabilities in the area of network events and infrastructure -Establish effective communication between IT units and customers -Analyze information and report on IT events *Its a full time job
