Understand key network concepts and types of networking events and IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with the basic concepts of applications, databases and operating systems
- Ability to investigate, root and identify IT events
- Basic troubleshooting capabilities in the area of network events and infrastructure
- Ability to establish effective communication between IT units and customers
- Ability to analyze information and report on IT events
- Introduction to ITIL-based IT services management concepts
Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Software / Hardware / IT
Work Experience: At least two years experience in one of the following:
- Service desk expert
- software support Expert
