-Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows services and supervising hardware installations
-Installing, testing and configuring new workstations, related equipment and software
-Managing PC setup and deployment for new employees
-Assist enterprise software (Active Directory, e-mail, anti-virus, network, accounts)
-Managing user accounts, permissions, email and Anti-virus
-Assigning users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
-Performing timely workstation hardware and software Upgrades as required
-Maintaining documentation, such as; network diagrams, typologies, computers assets
-Managing all system back-up and restore systems
Requirements
-B.S. in Computer Engineering or IT
-Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT helpdesk
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft client and server operating systems
-Lots of experience for windows troubleshooting
-Microsoft MCITP/MCSE, Network Plus and VMware certified candidates is an asset
-Gender Preference: Male
