-Assembly, Install, modify and repair computer hardware, software and peripherals
-Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to computers systems, software and hardware
-Respond to persons queries over the phone, portal or email
-Maintain daily performance of computer systems
-Coordinate preventive maintenance for equipment
-Resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN and other system
-Follow up with clients to ensure issues has been resolved
-Review and update Help Desk documentation as assigned
-Cabling
Requirements
-BS in any IT related filed
-At least 3 years’ experience in computer network field
-IT experience with desktop user support
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office and general application
-Ability to documenting and technical reporting
-Team-working skills -Interested in knowledge upgrading
-Familiar with ITIL
-Familiarity with Network Plus, CCNA, Microsoft Services, Network security
-Microsoft MCSE, Mikrotik , VOIP are Plus
-Having the ability to learn new technologies
-Having strong communication skills
-Good in English reading and writing skills
