Job Description
- Helping to implement and maintain hardware, and software.
- Helping users in creating user accounts, and using information systems.
- Troubleshooting user problems with browsers and plugins.
- Software installation and troubleshooting.
- Installing Windows, and applications required by users.
Requirements
- Familiar with Network+.
- Proficient in hardware (personal computer assembly).
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or other related fields.
- At least one year of work experience.
- Proficient in English.
- Ability to establish strong and effective communication with users.
- Ability to effectively track user requests until results are achieved.
