Job Description

● Diagnosing computer errors and providing technical support. ● Solving software, hardware, and basic network issues. ● Teaching employees how to set up and use organizational software and new technologies. ● Installing, configuring, and updating PC software and operating systems. ● Preparing a report of the activities carried out in the unit. ● Carrying out administrative affairs related to the information technology unit. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Requirements

● Familiarity with network concepts (IP Addressing, Routing, Switching). ● Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software or Hardware Engineering. ● Experience supporting Windows computers. ● Ability to work with all kinds of software and applications. ● Ability to troubleshoot hardware, information technology, and network. ● Interested in information technology and learning more in this field. ● Ability and interest in teamwork. ● At least two years of work experience. ● Familiarity with Windows network concepts.
