- Support and co-ordinate IT related business enhancement activities to ensure continued speed, direction, implementation and benefits achievement in line with business objectives
- Manage the Business IT portfolio of projects and change requests, ensuring the measurement of the value created against agreed plans and feedback on their success, issues and opportunities
- Engage in open, effective and mature conversation at all levels of the organization to give input, share knowledge and learn within a team context
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT or related fields
- 3-5 years of related experience (FMCG background is a plus)
- PRINCE 2, PMP and ITIL, ERP or Factory Systems implementation or support is preferred
- Strong business analysis and creative thinking together with high credibility when operating outside the IT function
- Expertise in applying business and data analysis techniques, having a practical understanding of systems development methodology
- Understanding of integrated business processes and the functional interdependencies involved
- Highly mature with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent team working skills
