-Support all SW/HW/NW user requests
-Maintain data back up regularly from company data
-Detect and troubleshoot printing peripherals
-Detect Network issues and provide 1st level of support and report to IT Supervisor
-Handle the jobs delegated by the IT Supervisor as a backup to him
-Preparing the required reports based on IT Supervisor request
-Recording the user incidents into IT management Database and keeping updated
-Effective cooperation in all management system Audits (internal & external) and other systematic activities according to procedures and instructions
-Active participation in all activities relating to reducing energy consumption and wastage
Requirements
-B.S. in Computer Engineering (HW is preferred)
-At least 3 years of experience in relevant field
-Be able to detect Client and Network problems
-Familiar with Network equipment
-Familiarity with SQL
-Be aware of IT rules & policies
-Fax / Printer troubleshooting
-MS-Office full client support
-English Knowledge: High
