Job Description
• Provide users with technical support for service and network problems • Develop computer and network information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery • Stay abreast of advances in technology • Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements • Evaluate the organization's technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades • Review and approve all systems charts and programs prior to their implementation. • Prepare and review operational reports or project progress reports • Control operational budget and expenditures • Manage backup, security and user help system
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in related field • Having at least 4 years related experiences • Good command of MS Technologies • Excellent command of Cisco Device and Solutions • Excellent command of Information Security • Excellent command of Network Concept • Being familiar with Enterprise IT infrastructures • Ability to effectively manage conflict, and affect adequate solutions
