
Job Description
Objective: - Respond to client's request - Coordinating and managing each assistance case with different assistance and insurance companies all around the world - Managing administration and documentation needed for each assistance case or claims - Validating case documents Main responsibilities: - Answer calls and respond to emails both in English and Farsi - Handle assistance requests from clients both by telephone and email - Coordinating and managing each assistance case with different companies around the world - Communicating and coordinating with our branches and medical service providers for case management - Providing progress reports and updates to our clients for each case - Manage and resolve client complaints - Entering new information into our case handling software. - Update existing information on our case handling software. - Translating legal documents, medical and police reports etc. to English - Booking medical visits, hotels, tickets, car rents, etc. - Extracting and translating case documents to Persian or English - Conducting claim investigations - Identify and escalate priority issues - Preparing monthly reports based on requests Reporting to: Director of the International department Other interactions: Medical providers, Insurances and Assistance companies, Local branches, Department heads Number required: 2 Duration: Permanent Position, 2-year contract Desired start date: 22-Dec-2017 Probation: two month Working hours: 7:30-16:30 (outside working hour’s missions) Other Benefits: Health Insurance
Requirements
- University qualifications: BSc in (Foreign languages, Insurance, Medicine) - Other certifications: Language certificates - Previous experience: 2 years of experience in related fields (Insurance, Health care, foreign language, call center) - Specialist knowledge: Any foreign language is a plus - Other Skills: Team work, good public relations, Good customer relations, Fluent in speaking English/French/Turkish/German - Ideal Age Range: 20-36 - Gender Preference: male - Language Skills: English is essential any other foreign language is a plus
