Job Description
- Performing administrative activities such as registration, maintenance, and formal proceedings regarding client accounts and facilitating legal processes in English as needed - Accountable towards customers and continuous and frequent reporting to managmenet - Liaising with official organizations in order facilitate and speed up processes - Response to client needs and questions in regards to the Iranian stock market and relative regulations - Perform customer relations management activities such as continuous follow-ups and networking - Liaising with trade, sales, and research departments in order to achieve best customer experience - Marketing the company through various mediums as assigned - Business development of supporting functions in international department
Requirements
- Native English Speaker. - University degree from an international English language university - Demonstrate excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Must have strong computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook -and Internet. - Knowledge of the Iranian Stock Market preferred - Ability to represent the company professionally both in person and through communication - Must be a team player, dependable, adaptable and self-motivated - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure - Detail oriented with strong administrative capabilities
