Social Media Specialist (Instagram)
Rastad is a company specializing in capital markets engineering, with over 8 years of experience in the financial markets industry. We are looking for a creative, fast-paced, and crypto-native individual to manage and grow a specialized page focused on Meme Coins, DEXs, new launches, crypto trends, and high-risk market opportunities.
This role is not for someone who only acts as a “content publisher.” We are looking for someone who can identify market trends, generate content ideas, create scripts, design engaging stories, and produce content that drives growth, engagement, and viral reach.
Responsibilities
Instagram Page Management & Growth
- Manage the daily operations of the Instagram page and execute the content strategy
- Plan and schedule posts, Reels, and Stories
- Monitor comments, direct messages, and engage with the audience
- Analyze content performance and provide recommendations to improve growth
Market Monitoring & Trend Hunting
Daily research and monitoring of:
- Meme Coins
- DEXs
- Token Launches
- New crypto projects
- Viral crypto trends
- Market-moving news and events
Responsibilities include:
- Turning fast-moving market events into engaging and easy-to-understand content
- Identifying potential viral topics before they become mainstream
Content Ideation & Script Writing
Creating ideas and concepts for:
- Viral Reels
- Carousel posts
- Interactive Stories
- News, entertainment, educational, and analytical content
Writing:
- Hooks (strong content openings)
- Video scripts
- Captions
- CTAs
- On-screen text
Story Strategy & Community Building
Creating daily Stories focused on increasing engagement through:
- Polls
- Quizzes
- Q&A sessions
- Trend introductions
- Market opportunity and risk analysis
- Building an active crypto community
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of the Meme Coin ecosystem and crypto culture
- Familiarity with concepts such as:
- DEX
- Token Launch
- Liquidity Pool (LP)
- Market Cap
