● Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met. ● Setting customer service standards. ● Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers. ● Investigating and setting standards for quality. ● Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems, and procedures. ● Determining training needs. ● Monitoring performance and supervising technical staff. ● Market development management. ● Customer orientation, sales management, and development.

Requirements

● Minimum 5 years of experience in an Inspection Company. ● Familiar with ISIRI rules and regulations regarding the Inspection for both exported and imported goods. ● Familiar with Quality Management Standards (ISO 9001, ISO 17020). ● Familiar with trade markets and IC, LC, and COI Inspections. ● Good relationships with important clients. ● Ideal age range: 28 to 40 years old.
