Job Description
- Provide operational support for all compute, storage, virtual networking, and data center technologies which includes monitoring and compliance. - Point of contact for all activities in the Data Center. - Level 2 support for infrastructure incidents and point of contact for the National Operations Center (NOC). - Participate in an on-call rotation with the rest of the team. Create clear documentation on standard procedures and configurations. - Lead small projects providing regular status updates and communication. - You can apply if you have one of the below skills. Requirements
- Typically requires 3+ years of solid system administration experience. - Strong skills in monitoring technologies like Prometheus. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Excellent Network Troubleshooting Skills. - Experience with compute hardware platforms like Cisco UCS, HP Servers. - Experience with ESXi. - Experience with Linux. - Experience with cloud computing like Openstack, Kubernetes, and Docker.
