Job Description

- Provide operational support for all compute, storage, virtual networking, and data center technologies which includes monitoring and compliance. - Point of contact for all activities in the Data Center. - Level 2 support for infrastructure incidents and point of contact for the National Operations Center (NOC). - Participate in an on-call rotation with the rest of the team. Create clear documentation on standard procedures and configurations. - Lead small projects providing regular status updates and communication. - You can apply if you have one of the below skills.
