Air France - KLM is one of the leading European airlines in worldwide air transportation currently recruiting- as a member of Eligasht, PSA for Air France and KLM - in Tehran for an indoor Sales Colleague Scope In compliance with the Air France KLM Trade and Corporate Sales Policies assist the Key Account Managers to achieve the company’s business objectives and to provide pro-active commercial support to them and to corporate and trade accounts. KRA 1. Within the Company sales policies, drafts, prepares, and follow up contracts in order to assist the Account Managers in the sales process. Core activities: * Prepares contract’s proposals and final contracts on request from the Key Account Manager; * Looks after all administrative tasks linked to the above. * Prepares Trade and Corporate Segmentation * To be introduced to => Sales Force * To be introduced to => Salto: YCP, MCP, Appointments, Commercial Actions * Enters Contracts, Updates the Corporate Policy, analyses the results. 2. Maintains and updates several databases in order to ensure accurate customer contacts details and reliable sales figures Core activities: * Input of data and customer details (contacts/addresses/visits/specifics) in the applicable sales tools. 3. In cooperation with the Account Managers analyses and evaluates performance figures to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Core activities: *Evaluates and prepares contract results and payments; *Provides timely and reliable information to the Key Account Manager and Sales Manager; *Gives input to the Key Account Manager on possibilities for future actions toward clients based on the clients’ performance 4. In cooperation with the Account Managers, manages relationships with accounts to achieve maximum customer satisfaction Core activities: *Handles contractual and booking related issues *Informs clients on product possibilities and adapts an offer to the customer’s needs (UBP); *Supports trade partners in the sale process by providing tips and possibly technical assistance *Handles and administrates commercial gestures (goodwill) made to clients. 5. Marketing coordinator Core activities: *Handles contractual related issues *Coordinator of marketing related activities in the country *Project lead for local Marketing/Sales events *Attracting new marketing opportunities *Flying Blue coordinator *SME management (BlueBiz) *Provides the Key Account Managers with up to date market intelligence, information on MIDT and market trends
Requirements
1- Previous experience with Business Intelligence, preferably in the airline industry. 2-Fluent English – French language is an advantage 3-Analytical and Critical thinking 4-Computer literate (MS Office) & Internet tools
